Deluxe Villa has a one bedroom with king size bed and separate living room. Room size is 40 square meter and 2 sided-balcony (front and side) is 23 square meter.
There is a kitchen with stove hood, electric hot plate, dishes, pan, pot, electric kettle, microwave, kitchen utensils ,toaster.
Also there is a safety deposit box, Wi-Fi, working desk and chair (working chair upon availability), reading lamp, 2 air conditioning (one in bedroom and one in living room),
The private bathroom comes with a water heater.
Ideal for Solo traveler, young professionals who are remote working. Available for long and short rentals.
